1. Project, Development of Comprehensive Software for Modeling, Optimization and Control of Hydraulic Fracturing Operations for Hard-to-Recover Reserves
Customer: Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) with funding from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.
Deadline: from October 15, 2017, to December 31, 2019.
Our budget was 58 million rubles (state funding), we were subcontracted by MIPT.
This project became a key one, as it was the first and serious. The lessons learned were numerous. For example, as a result of the change of details at the end of the year, there was a failure when switching from one account to another, and the funds were not credited. The next time it was possible to receive payments only six months later according to the new stage of the project.
I wish I had participated in submitting the application, as it would have been a valuable experience.
2. Framework Agreement (1-10-1817) "Numerical and experimental study of applied issues in hydraulic fracturing, development of a software and methodological complex for processing and interpreting DTS data, creation of models and research for the development of unconventional resources, optimization of filters for wells" with GAZPROMNEFT SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL CENTER LLC from April 9, 2019, to December 31, 2021. The budget of the framework agreement was about 270 million rubles, Industrial Financing. There were 13 orders, each of which brought something new to the level of professionalism. In addition, it was one of the first framework agreements that introduced order numbers and simplified the work in Directum with cards with the help of Natalia Kosmodemyanskaya and her team.
