1. Joint Skoltech — Oerlikon Laboratory (1-10-2495), Oerlikon, April 27, 2018 – March 31, 2022. 154 million rubles. Industrial Financing. Additive technologies. Management of a large project for a long time, interaction with a foreign partner, budget planning, a key project of the Center, which provided high benefits for the Center and ensured achievement of KPIs of the Center for Wage Replacement.
2. Virtual 3D printer, FSUE RFNC-VNIIEF. January 8, 2019 – November 8, 2021. 30 million rubles. Industrial Financing. Additive technologies; participation in the preparation and conduct of the tender, interaction with the Rosatom State Atomiс Energy Corporation ROSATOM, preparation of financial statements for the state corporation.
The project allowed gaining competencies in budgeting projects with state corporations, preparing detailed financial statements, as well as planning the project under conditions of strict deadlines.
