Project: Research and development of technology for manufacturing a thin sheet billet from high-strength BT47 titanium alloy for interlocking of the rotor blades of a prospective helicopter. Customer: Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Deadline: 2020–2021. Total project budget: 50 million rubles. Area: Aviation Industry. Purpose: to develop a technology for manufacturing high-performance thin sheet workpieces that can be used in parts of heavy-duty gas turbines.
Project: (R&D) Development of technology for manufacturing a rolled blank from pseudo-beta titanium alloy for edging the edge of a large-sized wide-running PCM fan blade. Customer: Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Deadline: 2019–2021. Total project budget: 50 million rubles. Area: Aviation Industry. Purpose: the development of a thin sheet billet will improve the flying qualities of a promising helicopter, reduce weight and improve corrosion resistance to aggressive environments.
Project: (R&D) Development of high-strength titanium alloy. Customer: Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Deadline: 2021–2027 (Stage 1). Total project budget: 100 million rubles. Area: Aviation Industry. Purpose: the development of a high-strength titanium alloy will replace foreign analogs that are used in critical parts of domestic heavy-duty gas turbines.
