1. Creation of complex of vacuum and ion-vacuum technologies of chemical-thermal processing of machine parts with obtaining of nanostructured state of diffusion layers.
The Customer is the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The duration of the 07.10.2011 is 28.05.2013.
Financing 470 million rubles (244 million, state financing + 226 million, industrial financing).
Lessons delivered: short project terms with a large number of performers, including external ones, like VIAM.
